Chandra Vail


Chandra Vail started her career in the Multi-Family Industry in 2000 as an Account Executive for For Rent Magazine.  In 2003, she joined Apartment Finder, a division of Network Communications, Inc., as part of the team opening the St Louis, MO market.  In August 2004, Chandra was promoted to Publisher and transferred to Las Vegas, NV where she opened the publication in December 2004.


Chandra Vail was active member and Board Member of the Nevada State Apartment Association 2005 – 2012, and in 2006 served as NAA Delegate.  She has served as the Committee Chair for the NAA Educational Conference Host Committee in 2007, 2009, and 2011.


Chandra’s love for animals and giving back to the community led her to pursue her passion of training which led to working with a local non-profit, tripling the client base and expanding the training programs to include Basic Obedience, Agility I & II, AKC Canine Good Citizen, Rally Obedience, Therapy Certification and Service Dog Certification for veterans as well as those with visible and invisible disabilities.  Chandra has trained over 120 Therapy Dog teams that are active within the Las Vegas area and continues to be the Las Vegas Pack Leader for Independent Therapy Dogs, Inc.  overseeing 40+ and growing active teams and trained and certified over 15 service dogs.  She also participated as a volunteer trainer for the Pups On Parole Program for the women’s prison in Las Vegas.


When presented the opportunity to be a part of Apartment Magz, a division of Distributech/Central Publishing, with all it had to offer with Print, Mobile, Web and the unsurpassed Distribution, Distribution Team, and leadership team – along with her passion for the Multi-Family Industry –   Chandra Vail has now joined Central Publishing as the Publisher for Apartment Magz, opening in Las Vegas.
