Courtney Wilson

Courtney was recruited into the multifamily housing industry in 2001. Known as the ‘get it done girl’, she brought her skills to an administrative role in advertising, where she was also able to grow in her customer service skills. Wanting more customer interaction, Courtney persuaded her supervisors to give her an opportunity as account executive. Entrusting her with a modest book of business, she was able to earn the trust of her customers and gain new ones, increasing her customer base five fold over the next several years, all while maintaining her administrative duties for multiple markets. In 2013, Courtney broadened her horizons as her customer base crossed over into a neighboring market, while, at the same time, taking on a more active role within the region, developing forecasting procedures and training new hires in other markets. She later was promoted to Publisher over multiple markets until the company sold and dissolved their print product. Knowing print was still a viable source for quality leads, she was excited at the opportunity to help develop and launch Apartment Magz in multiple markets. Also active in the association, Courtney has served as Supplier Council Chairperson, NOVA Awards Committee Chairperson, Board Member, and has been an active member on various committees over the years.
