Melissa Williamson, NALP joined multi-family marketing and advertising in 2002 after relocating to Charleston, SC from her hometown of Chicago. Growing up in a family-run business, Melissa very early learned the importance of great customer service, reliability and working smart, values she continues to draw upon in her multi-family advertising and marketing career. In partnering with apartment communities to develop marketing campaigns across print, social media, digital and outreach marketing channels, Melissa helps communities reach their marketing goals and helps renters find their perfect home. Mel and her husband love being out on the water, and spend much of their spare time on their boat continually relearning the life lesson that there is a difference between fishing and catching, so always have a back-up plan for dinner. She also loves to read, travel and has never met a stranger.
