Joining the rental industry in 1987, Gail’s enthusiastic energy carried her across the country, creating success in many different markets. From Phoenix and Atlanta to Dallas, Des Moines and Omaha, she completed various new construction lease-ups totaling close to 1000 units.
From 2000 to 2015, Gail was the publisher of the Apartment Finder of Eastern Iowa, finding great joy in being a resource for owners and managers. She also served proudly as a board member on the Affordable Housing Network of Iowa (AHNI). Since 2015, Gail has been a private business owner in the area of health and wellness and happily serving as cohost of the Hatfield and McCoy morning show. She spends much of her free time enjoying her family (especially her grandsons) and volunteering with her therapy dog in Des Moines, Iowa.
